Patrick Bachmann
Sea and Air Freight / Sales / Accounts Payable
Patrick Bachmann is a trained freight forwarder. He has always been fascinated by the interaction between different stakeholders spread across the globe.
"Being the link between buyer and seller and being able to organize transports worldwide motivates me anew every day." We are in daily contact with customers, suppliers, agents, airlines, shipping companies, ports, rail service providers, terminals, insurance companies, customs, other freight forwarders, trucking companies, etc.
"The freight forwarder is the conductor of an orchestra. If just one player plays wrong, everyone hears it. The better the conductor, the better the teamwork."
The best thing is satisfied customers. We give our best every day, try to pass on information of any kind immediately, and solve any problems that arise immediately.
My motto: Never give up!

Jecenth Touray
Sea and Air Freight / Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Accounting
Jecenth Touray completed her apprenticeship in retail and remained loyal to it for a long time. She subsequently decided to pursue further training and graduated with a Federal Diploma in Business Administration (HF).
"When I started at Balog Shipping, I was immediately fascinated by the processes involved in international transport. It's incredible how many cogs and wheels have to mesh together to ensure everything runs smoothly."
The most rewarding thing is when I see that our customers work with us as a team to get the most out of every transport. To ensure this remains the case, we are challenged every day to confirm and renew the trust placed in us.
My motto: Every day is an adventure!
